Privacy Policy (English)

TonTsu ("the App") is designed to work fully offline and respects your privacy completely.

No data collection. The App does not collect, store on external servers, or transmit any personal data, usage data, or analytics. The App contains no advertising and no third-party SDKs.
Camera. Used only to detect blinking light and decode Morse code, processed entirely on your device in real time. No images or video are saved or transmitted.
Microphone. Used only for voice input and to detect Morse tones, processed entirely on your device. No audio is saved or transmitted.
Speech recognition. Voice input uses Apple's on-device speech recognition only. Your voice never leaves your device.
Purchases. The Pro upgrade is processed by Apple through the App Store. The App itself receives no payment information.
Presets and settings are stored only on your device.

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
The App is not a substitute for official emergency services. In an emergency, always contact your local emergency number first. The developer accepts no liability for outcomes arising from reliance on the App in emergencies.
The App produces flashing lights. Please take care if you are sensitive to flashing lights.
The Pro upgrade is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on your devices via "Restore purchase".

TonTsu（以下「本アプリ」）は完全オフラインで動作するよう設計されており、プライバシーを最大限尊重します。

データ収集は行いません。本アプリは、個人情報・利用状況・分析データを収集・外部保存・送信しません。広告や第三者SDKも含まれていません。
カメラは、点滅する光を検出してモールス信号を解読する目的にのみ使用し、処理はすべて端末内でリアルタイムに行われます。画像・映像の保存や送信は行いません。
マイクは、音声入力とモールス音の検出にのみ使用し、処理はすべて端末内で行われます。音声の保存や送信は行いません。
音声認識は、Appleの端末上（オンデバイス）音声認識のみを使用します。音声が端末の外に送られることはありません。
購入（Proアップグレード）はApp Storeを通じてAppleが処理します。本アプリが決済情報を受け取ることはありません。
プリセット・設定は端末内にのみ保存されます。

本アプリは現状有姿で提供され、いかなる保証も行いません。
本アプリは110・119などの正式な緊急通報の代替ではありません。緊急時は必ず正規の緊急通報を優先してください。緊急時の本アプリへの依存によって生じた結果について、開発者は責任を負いません。
本アプリは点滅する光の演出を含みます。光の点滅に敏感な方はご注意ください。
Proアップグレードは買い切りで、Apple Accountに紐付きます。「購入を復元」から再取得できます。
